A very realistic and convincing skin shader, most probably using SSS of some sort for a more natural look. Love the detailed asymmetric texture, the UV map wraps around the head quite nicely. ^^

Looks fantastic! I think the only thing that sticks out is the super shiny eyes. I wouldn't have a clue how to fix them, as you are 100000 times better than I, but if they were toned down a little, the picture would be perfect!
